Chip was very thorough while doing a home inspection on my new condo. He took his time and showed me issues/problems as he progressed through the inspection. He explained what needed to be done to correct these small problems. Chip wasn’t able to thoroughly inspect a bedroom and the garage due to the current owner having lots of stuff in these locations, so Chip has offered to join me on my final walk thru to make sure there aren’t any “surprises” in these two locations. Chip has reached out to me numerous times since the home inspection to check the progress of my condo purchase.
